Local: 

Boca Helping Hands provides compassionate service through food and assistance programs to individuals, families and children in the community.  The group focuses on installing dignity and breaking the cycle of dependence.  The food center for Boca Helping Hands has been open five days each week for the past ten years, and serves 115 meals per day.  Boca Helping Hands  

C.R.O.S. (Christians Reaching Out to Society) enables people of all faiths to work together to identify unmet needs of the community, and to collaborate with community groups to create solutions that meet those needs.  The Caring Kitchen, gleaning opportunities, and after school snack programs are just some of the many services that C.R.O.S. Family Promise works with Grace Community Church, to provide room and board for families with children who are in transition, and temporarily without a home.  Grace Community provides these families with temporary shelter, meals, and support services for one week each quarter. The goal is to restore the families to long term self sufficiency. Family Promise   

First Care Family Resources upholds the sanctity of human life by providing compassionate care, practical help and accurate information to women, men and youth concerning abstinence, pregnancy and post-abortion issues.  Efforts focus on providing help without judgment, and on providing a path to Christ, both in word and deed. Regional:

ReCreation Experiences:  ReCreation Experiences focuses on "Sharing our faith through home repair mission."  Each year, ReCreation Experiences helps 40-50 poverty stricken families in Western North Carolina by painting homes, installing new roofs, windows and doors, and providing other home repair services.  ReCreation Experiences connects those with a desire to work, with a viable home need.  Through this process, lives are rebuilt, while rebuilding homes.  ReCreation Experiences

Thornwell Home for Children:  The Thornwell Home for Children in Clinton, South Carolina, was established in 1875, and continues to be a joyful Christian community that offers hope and wholeness to more than 100 children and their families.  Each summer, middle school students from Grace Community Church travel to the Thornwell Home to participate in a week of service and fun.  Thornwell

IMPACT Florida: - IMPACT Florida provides opportunities to work on home repair projects, with middle and high school students in mind.  This summer, we will travel to central Florida to do home repair work and other ministries.

Global:

  China Partner As a community empowered by the Holy Spirit, China Partner seeks to love God by serving the Chinese church through evangelism and discipleship.  China Partner abides by Chinese Laws as they offer pastoral training, Christian literature distribution, Christian education, and church construction.  Grace Community Church works closely with the founders of China Partner, providing financial support and pastoral teaching and leadership.  China-Partner

  Brenda G. Johnston was formerly with Hope's Promise Orphan Ministry in Namibia, Africa, and is our church's newest missionary.  Brenda was officially made a member of Grace Community Church's staff in January 2009, and is leading our mission efforts in this region.  Brenda has more than seven years of experience working with children in Namibia, and 28 years of marketing and management experience in the corporate world.  Working with Brenda, Grace Community Church is helping to build the Talitha-Kumi Christian Academy for orphaned children.  We also provide financial support and make annual visits, where we provide medical screenings, help with campus maintenance, and provide other hands-on support.  Namibia mission trip needs.

Presbyterian Frontier Fellowship (PFF) - Rev. Dan McNerney has been our mission partner at PFF for many years.  Both Dan and PFF challenge, mobilize and empower Presbyterian congregations into global partnershps that establish indigenous churches among unreached people groups.  Dan's main area of focus is in the Middle East, Latin America and parts of Europe.  PFF

  Missionary Flights International provides professional on-going air support to affiliated missions in the Caribbean and South America.  This organization provides a lifeline to the mission community and strives to meet the needs of the poverty stricken people, as they share the gospel of Jesus Christ.  Missionary Flights
