Learning and Growing in Christian Love Established in 1991, the First Presbyterian Church Pre-School is a ministry of the church founded on Christian love and sound educational principles. The goals of the First Presbyterian Church Pre-School: To provide a loving Christian environment where children can be nurtured and flourish socially, spiritually, physically, and mentally. To respect and celebrate each child's individuality by promoting feelings of self-worth and self-confidence through love and Christian values. To provide a challenging creative curriculum of daily activities that will fulfill the needs of each child. First Presbyterian Church Pre-School offers 2, 3 and 5 day classes for 3, 4, and 5 year old children. The school hours are from 9:00 a. m. until 12:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. depending on choice of enrollment. We have only 15 students per class and two teachers for every class. All of our teachers have a degree in education and/or a CDA certificate in Early education.
